How to use the coverage map
- Zoom in to your community, travel route, or operating location.
- Select a repeater marker to see the site and available coverage display.
- Select “Show Coverage” to view that repeater’s estimated service area.
- Use USGS Topo or OpenTopoMap to compare the coverage display with local terrain.
- Use “Your Location” to place your approximate position on the map.
- Test on the air before depending on a repeater from a new location.
Legend:
GREEN = MAIN COVERAGE FULL TIME
YELLOW = FRINGE COVERAGE
CYAN = Affiliate part time, you may TEMPORARILY link while driving by, please contact if you wish to do this.
